Help. Seeking suggestions

I wonder if I might ask your help. I'm looking for your favourite songs about New York. Doesn't have to have New York in the title so long as it's about the city.

Also, if you have any songs about America in general that you love, that would be good

(Or about London, but I think I have that mostly covered. Still, all additional suggestions welcome)

It's for a CD I'm burning for someone who's off on a trip to New York

ETA:
Songs I have:
Ryan Adams, New York
U2, The Hands That Built America
Sting, Englishman In New York
Stephen Fretwell, New York
Billy Joel, New York State of Mind

"No Sleep Til Brooklyn" and "An Open Letter to NYC" by the Beastie Boys
"On Broadway" by the Drifters

America in general: "America" by Simon and Garfunkel

Thank you. I had no idea who 'New York Minute' was. I just looked up America on LW and ended up on a downloading binge of Supertramp because of Breakfast in America. It's a good job I have no credibility to lose.

I foresee iTunes getting a heavy workout later when I work out what I want to keep

"New York Minute" by Don Henley

THAT'S THE ONE I COULDN'T COME UP WITH. And I just watched "Somebody's Going to Emergency, Somebody's Going to Jail" a couple of days ago, too.
