Help. Seeking suggestions

I wonder if I might ask your help. I'm looking for your favourite songs about New York. Doesn't have to have New York in the title so long as it's about the city.

Also, if you have any songs about America in general that you love, that would be good

(Or about London, but I think I have that mostly covered. Still, all additional suggestions welcome)

It's for a CD I'm burning for someone who's off on a trip to New York

Never heard of Luka Bloom! OMG!

He's, um, the younger brother of Irish folk legend Christy Moore. He broke out in the US in the early 90s; I've got a copy of Riverside around somewhere. He's very very good.
